In honor of Juneteenth, ALL proceeds from IT'S THE WAY as well as the Bandcamp revenue share will be donated to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, a racial justice organization with a long history of effectively enacting change through litigation, advocacy, and public education (for Bandcamp, 24 hrs, for Girl with a Hawk, indefinitely. :)

It's the Way was recorded in November 2020 in the heart of Covid times outdoors with a fine band on a fine autumn day. Additional tracks were recorded remotely over the winter and engineered and mixed by Richard Lamphear.
